Rich Tietjen

Owner

The owner of Tubro Construction, was born and raised in Washington state. He served in the US Army for 4 years as a medic. His vision for Tubro Construction is driven by providing superior customer service, honest and fair pricing, and integrity to the home renovation industry. Rich believes in providing Puget Sound neighborhoods with quality home construction and helping clients achieve their home remodeling goals. 

Jon Horner

Estimator

At Tubro Construction, we offer free estimates for every project. Our estimator, Jon Horner, has been with Tubro since the very beginning. He has extensive knowledge in home construction and remodeling. Jon is in regular contact with clients throughout the proposal process and is always available to answer any questions that may arise. 

Tom Hite

Director of Bids and Proposals

Once a client commits to a project with Tubro Construction, the next step is meeting with Tom Hite. Deciding on the design and the material selections for a home project can be daunting, and it is Tom’s role to help our clients through that process. Tom has been with Tubro for over a decade, and he ensures that no details are missed when setting up a new project for success.

REBECCA MOLNAR

Office Manager & Logistics

Your very first point of contact with Tubro Construction will likely be our office manager, Rebecca. She can assist you with scheduling your estimate appointment, answering any general questions about your project, providing project invoices and much more. 

Rebecca is our Logistics Coordinator. She works closely with our Project Management team to order job materials and schedule subcontractors for nearly every project. As your project nears its starting date, Rebecca may contact you to schedule a time to drop off job material so our crews can stay on schedule.
